The ground floor offers a substantial kitchen with range cooker; dinning room, reception hall to simply sit and read a book in peace as well as an original cantina where the wine and olives were pressed and which provides an excellent excuse to raise a glass! There is also a large utility room with washing machine and dryer. Finally, a small chapel adds charm and , shortly, we hope to be able to conduct our own wedding ceremonies!

Central, however, is the studio. A vast, vaulted stone room providing wonderful natural lighting and views of the cherry and almond trees.

These days this room acts as yet another area to sit and relax in comfort with the benefit, on chilly nights, of a large fire complete with snug feature. The studio leads out into a stone, walled courtyard featuring a series of mangiatore - original feeding troughs for the cattle and horses in the days when the Masseria was a working farm.

Externally, a large sun terrace extends from the dining room and kitchen to provide gentle sun in the mornings whilst there are plenty of places for the sunworshipper. Just across the newly landscaped garden is a 12 x 6 metre swimming pool surrounded by a drystone wall.
