Masseria della Zingara stands in 20 acres
of land and offers exceptional privacy
whilst also being close to the small village
of Triggianello which provides all the basic shops and services together with both a wonderful bakers and butchers (the latter offering barbequed meals in the evening). Triggianello also features its own micro brewery!

The closest larger town is Castellana Grotte (10 minutes drive) but Monopoli and Polignano a Maré are also near by (approximately 20 minutes).

Masseria della Zingara offers very flexible accommodation. All the original features remain intact but modern plumbing, heating and window systems ensure that a very high level of comfort is assured. A high level of finish has been achieved yet the Masseria della Zingara has been furnished in a simple, tasteful fashion.

The ground floor, where the animals used to be housed, comprises major rooms all featuring original stella vaulted ceilings.
It now provides generous, spacious accommodation for larger parties.

The first floor is divided into two sections.
A four bedroom apartment can be rented in isolation at certain times of the year.
Four double bedrooms emerge off a living room space and the flat is equipped with a kitchen area but no separate dining room.

Another two bedroom apartment,
(both bedrooms featuring ensuite facilities) is offered across a sun terrace but is only available when the masseria is hired in total.

The massive stone walls retain the cool during summer months; the heating system ensures a comfortable temperature on chilly, winter nights.
