They are a young company of caterers specializing in creative cookery and can offer the following services to you at Masseria della Zingara:
1. A special dinner
Welcome appetisers followed by 4 courses along with 4 different wines chosen to complement the food.
All food is organic and picked personally from the local fields or sourced from organic suppliers in the area.
We can cater for all different tastes and requirements (including vegetarian, gluten free etc). Cost per person € 70,00.

2. Creating your own Masseria della Zingara dinner
We take you on a tour of the grounds of the Masseria (according to season) and show you which plants to pick to make your very own special dinner and salad. We explain everything about the local wild plants and how they can be incorporated into your very own creation of food.
As an alternative we take you into the kitchen and teach you how to make hand made pasta - Pugliese style!
Following this we will enjoy a dinner - which you have helped to create for yourself! You will go away with the knowledge of recognising and picking wild plants from the land and/or how to make your very own pasta. Cost per person euro € 60,00.
